Refund and returns
Right of return
According to EU consumer protection regulations, you have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving it.
Return conditions
The product must be:
- in its original packaging,
- not used, not installed and not damaged.
Return procedure
Contact us via email with your order number.
Send the product back using a courier service.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will refund the amount using the original payment method within 7 business days.
Return costs
If the return is due to personal reasons (wrong item ordered, change of mind), shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
If the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, return costs are covered by us. You may choose between a replacement or a full refund.
