Order processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.

Shipping within Bulgaria

Deliveries are made via courier services (Econt, Speedy) to the address or courier office specified by the customer. Standard delivery time is 1-3 business days.

Shipping within the European Union

We also ship to EU countries. Delivery times can be provided upon request. If not confirmed in advance, we will inform you about the exact terms after your order has been processed.

Shipping costs

The shipping cost is paid by the customer and is calculated according to the courier's rates. Current rates to EU countries:

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Shipping prices may be different if package is overweight/oversize. You will be contacted if needed.
